Efficiency and Time — Ordering Chinese

We have a small chinese restaurant here close to where I live. I don’t know about anyone else but I love sweet and sour chicken. And I was hungry. So I ordered some and it was the quickest moment I’ve had on the phone. These people don’t mess around when it comes to business. Here’s the conversation I had: Cheng’s: “This is Cheng’s, How can I help you?” Me: “Ya, I’d like to make an order.” Cheng’s: “Okay” Me: “Uh, yeah, I need a pint of sweet and sour chicken please.” Cheng’s: “Okay”
